"When Can I Exercise?" - Best time to do body exercise!

Exercise is a must for everyone to have a fit and healthy body. But now another question comes to the mind, when to exercise. Is it best in the morning or evening or night? There are pros and cons for every time slot. Ponder over them and decide which suits and stick to the time.

Morning:
  • You will be empty stomach and so you can burn most of you fat reserves.
  • You can have a fresh morning, and mental sharpness improves.
  • Less distraction and less pollution.
  • You will have less people waiting for your seat in gym.
Afternoon:
  • The body temperature is stabilized and the muscles are strengthened.
  • We feel hungry for dinner.
  • You can relax in the evenings.
Night:
  • Hormonal levels are peak in night so you can do exercise during night.
  • Make you relaxed and removes the day tension.
  • Make muscles more flexible and warm.
