"Cleanliness" - Maintain your body healthy!
Cleanliness, the
important factor to maintain the human body in the proper condition. To
live a healthy and long life, one has to be clean and maintain the body
energetic. Most of us do follow our own cleanliness habits. Here are
some common and most effective habit to follow,
- Brush the teeth as soon as you get up from the bed in the morning
- Drink at least two glasses of water daily in empty stomach, this help maintain proper function of your digestion system
- After responding to the nature calls, take a very good shower with fresh water
- Make sure that you only wear washed clothes
- Wash your hands before and after eating
- Brush your teeth before going to bed

One more thing we can add in this list is "yoga". Yoga is extremely important part of life which can make our life healthy and full of energy both mentally and physically. It boosts our soul and body.

When I am around people and things that support me and make me feel good, (That’s what I have you guys for!) I will be less likely to base my self-esteem on the way my body looks." (I guess the flipside of that is to not hang around with people who make me feel horrible about myself, right? (I already knew that, but it's a good reminder!)

Another yoga fan here. It's a tremendous way to "reset" the body - you may be surprised as to how stressed you are until you've had a yoga session and you feel SO RELAXED afterwards.

Quick, easy tips for a healthier lifestyle! The glasses of water are good, but you need more than 2 every day. However the idea of drinking at least 2 on an empty stomach is good, I think. It will definitely help flush out toxins. Great post!

Another great thing about maintaining body cleanliness is that it keeps you in touch with your body. When the body feels clean, you are able to "feel" other things that are going on with the body. If your teeth are dirty, how can you feel if there is a build of tarter if the teeth are always dirty? Another great example is with the inside cleanliness of the body. If you clean out your body by eating right, maintaining a healthy a mind and being in tune with your person, it helps to stay in tune with your "self."
