"Cleanliness" - Maintain your body healthy!

Cleanliness, the important factor to maintain the human body in the proper condition. To live a healthy and long life, one has to be clean and maintain the body energetic. Most of us do follow our own cleanliness habits. Here are some common and most effective habit to follow,
  • Brush the teeth as soon as you get up from the bed in the morning
  • Drink at least two glasses of water daily in empty stomach, this help maintain proper function of your digestion system
  • After responding to the nature calls, take a very good shower with fresh water
  • Make sure that you only wear washed clothes
  • Wash your hands before and after eating
  • Brush your teeth before going to bed
